Taking someone elses work, rigging it badly, and releasing it is something I can't give kudos for. Especially when it contains 6.5x more data than it is meant to. This is not useable... you couldn't even play with 13k vertices on the playing char, it would lag you to death. "Trying" and "Doing" are totally different things.

Okay then, if you are serious about this, don't take other peoples work, watch some actual tutorials, and ask for help. What you gave us does nothing at all, and expecting positive feedback is just silly. I know I may seem harsh, but if some guy walked in and started putting random coding snippets together (of which 90% of them he stole), saying this was his "first coding project", he would get spammed to death. That is the same thing here.
