This isn't even animated... do you not know you can add a picture anywhere on your screen on any part of the interface... Combat interface, Lobby, etc...? This is just common since really.

The only thing you did was place it in the chat frame... woohoo?

I honestly just dont see the point of this at all.

This is for people who likes to adhere more and more things to your server. The template can turn off animation. But it also can be turned ... That's depends what you want as your setup.
