dont need exactly new .elu, but all you really need is the origional elu and dds files then edit the dds, rename it, hex the elu then add a new <AddEffectElu> in there and possibly 1 more if its a weapon.

...just look like they edited the explode in sfx.mrs, not hard...

just copy the explode then change ef_grenade01.elu.ani(notepad) to use the other explode you made...

try the simple first...
