lol, the word "Staff" means Admin,dev,gm,mod.. the Whole team in general, so it's the same.
By default
-255 = admin
-254 = gm
-252 = hidden gm
depends on your Source, how you modified it. some peoples has a different Grades.
But trust me it's about "Names" only because Grades 255,254 is nothing different both has the same Rights, commands.

Why when i kill someone / when someone kill me [im lvl 99] I'm losing EXP/He lose Exp ? ..

Because you changed your lvl to 99 with 0% EXP means any Death is a level down.
make a higher exp.

Hey, i have this problem ... once i exit the game (to lobby or stage) it crashes what i mean is i wait 5 seconds and when it gets to 0 i get a crash any idea ?
