I know because:
#1 It's a Gunz render which is duplicated several times + filter + blur + motion blur + Color effect + Layer style effect (probably multiply)
#2 The background is googling 2 minutes, give it the same color effect as the render, duplicate + put layerstyle on multiply or sumthing.
#3 copy past gunz logo
#4 Ez typography.
(total time spend = 10 minutes or less)
Now.. Tell me againt that it's hard to make?
And If you think so,.. then you're not That good at photoshop (yet).

What you see here on RAGEZONE. Is NOT what I call my best works..
You may ask KillerStefan, Keith (LG-Keith), Phail, KiddRui (i supose) and some others..
There are things you haven't seen of my who all died together with those servers of those people.
And yes I call myself a 3D Artist because that's what the persons call me when they try to get my into their nuby game-design company (3times by now). Why don't I join them? Well. I still have no Diploma yet.
And don't try to be smart about "aurua" and shit. Because srsly.. All the "hard" stuff you do.. Is easly fixed with standard brush and eraser.. Lmao.
So.. Don't try teaching me how to do stuff cuz I know the other ways.
Also.. I didn't want this to be a disscussion about fail, I just, like always, want to criticize people's work so that it, in the future, gives the persons more to count on, and their works will become better.

Paypal is pretty much an online bank and ebay is a online("web") action/buying website. I highly doubt you don't use those programs, somehow sooner or later its going to be on the internet.
