Your intentions are good, but you are doing things wrong, if you want to help other people making their own Gunz servers, you should start by making a tutorial, as in a thread explaining people on how to create their servers, like you have here GunZ | MakeGunZ, but there are already several threads on how to make a Gunz server in these forums, however, I appreciate your effort.
Your website is very basic to be honest, you could and should add more content, to begin with, you should have a theme that is Gunz related, starting with a website header that has a Gunz: The Duel image or something around that, you should add a short description of the game itself for people who do not know this game, you should also focus on making your website attractive, put some more images on it, use a different text font, plain text will not attract many people into you website, you can also include a video tutorial or a Gunz video because I think that image you have there is causing a big of lag in your website, at least for me it is.
However, your website is functional, I'll give you that.
