Help please with reg page!

Ok well i had the server on my main pc and it annoyed me so i moved it to a diff pc you can connect to the server but the reg page when i put my ip in the url it doesnt find the reg page i checked to see if its online and it is but i can still only get local host to go help please : (

can you give me link to appserver? cuz i have wampserver and wen i put my ip in it doesnt connect but the local host works perfectly
