I dont know, maybe I see this wrong, but it just looks like you threw some very raw meshes together, gave it seemingly no texture, and called it "Less Lag Mansion." I mean, at least if there was a texture, you could hide the fact your table is 3 octagonal prisms, or that your chairs are 6 rectangular prisms, but when its just white, they pop and just look, "eh." On top of that, almost every single server I know has an "archetype" option in their settings so it is kinda silly to make it archetype to begin with.
As for the size, using textures from other maps would keep the size at your 800 kb and would just load from those, so if size is a problem, that method could definitely have been used.
Edit: Please do not take my message as "mean." After reading through it, it kinda of sounded a little pushy, but honestly I just woke up. I can't sugar coat things very well in the morning (I bet my employees looovee that =P)
