Not bad, but the background colors/effect is giving me a headache :x. Try something smoother. And for text, try to make it blend more. In gfx work you want to have a specific focal point, in most cases, the render. When you have text that sticks out that boldly, it takes attention away from your focal point. Try picking a color that blends more with the image, for example, a lighter blue. And then lower the opacity of the layer to around 50-75%. And whatever you do, dont use a large black stroke outline o.o.
