    NMN Shield

    Was cleaning my desktop, came across this tool. It's a firewall tool (written in C#) that keeps track of all TCP and UDP connections and blocks an IP in the Windows Firewall once it's connections exceed a rule. It's unfinished, UDP connections have a hardcoded limit (50 by default) and statistics are not finished either.
