u use Wamp? i use xampp and i know but my pc is a peice of shit and plus i getting a dedicated server and by making a good websie i mean the templats and coding i took abwows for ascent and made it load 10x faster made a new forums for it and added a few things and fixed a few things
and u also need to have domain orelse the address ur trying to use to host ur server doesn't exsist so there is more to it

There's no domain, only the IP. And that's all you need.
So, like I said, a wampserver is all you need.

If you don't like the colour, just use a gradiant map over it.
The yellow is to intense and the font in the banner at the top is unreadable.
