Sorry for ressurecting this one but even with full URL I can't see the emblems.
Do I need to put http:// or not?

Ok it's working now.
Just don't put anything in system.xml, don't modificate it.
Then, go to your Database and put the whole emblem URL (car insurance debt consolidation mortgage at yourhosthere.com) and here we go!
It can even be ImagesHack! :O
just use the emblem upload script..
