I'm having this kind of error messages when I tried to run query.

error messages:

Now i got my Pserver and 140 people are playing.. don't tell me i need to write EVERY SINGLE accoun username/pass and lvl etc..? can't i do this another way?

Is the database Compatible for Ijji gunz client?

I have downloaded BOTGOD's files. - GUNZSRV2007 .

I have restored the DB successfully. Thanks. I tried to config the corresponding IPs. But some of them, I was quite confused. Whether to put my NAT IP, WAN IP or loopback. I tried many times. But succeeded once. The server got green light.

I used the "gunz-8d-7m-2007y" client which has been posted in the previous forum. But I could not connect. It said 'cannot access server'.

Can u please spare a little of your precious time to made a rough tutorial on configuring corresponding IPs in your server setting. And last question, Do I have to use the Brazillian client to connect to this server ? I am downloading it. Thanks a lot.

BTW, I helped myself.

First, I must blame some1 who put many junks in their SERVER files. Unnecessary files. Looked like some noobs have extracted the system.mrs inside their folders and forgot to remove them. (SERVER files from another post)

Now I used the 2007 SERVER files provided by this forum. It is completed one.

For the persons who always got problem like :
1. Why SQL2005 Express ?
2. Oh, I couldn't setup the database successfully, any script ? any source ?
3. Oh, I have done all the things correctly, why still "Cannot access server" ?

I nearly have the answer for u.

1. First, you can use SQL2000 instead of SQL2005 express. (Why pay more) You can set up the database properly and access it properly with this 2000 version. If you want to handle some .sql script, just use 'Query Analyzer'.

2.The forum's SERVER files included the complete database. You can see inside the 'database' folder. Just copy it to another file with no extension. And let your SQL 'Enterprise Manager' to handle it. By creating the blank 'GunzDB' database, then select 'Restore Database' (from device - filename) After that you will get the 'Successful' Database.

3. The only problem I am facing now is the 'Cannot access server'. I found the cause of this problem, but trying to find the solution. This happened since even you have setup the matchserver properly with 'your desired IP'. But after the client logged in, the system has registered it back to '192.168.2.3'. That means, your matchserver has been established on 192.168.2.3 at port 6000 (Even in the server.ini file has indicated other IP)
Then your client always contacts the matchserver at the server.ini's specified IP and port, that's why you cannot access the server.. Because, there is no server for you to connect, the D**N server has been established at 192.168.2.3:6000 instead.

Now I am trying to solve this. (After 1 whole day whole night research)

hmm maybe zitem.xml is your problem , make sure your zitem isn't corrupted , you have to compile your xmls to a system.mrs or your matchserver :\
