[Release] Gunz launcher and TUT

Here is what it should look like to get the files downloading
info.ini
[VERSION]
Version=5 put the version status up one every time you wont it to request a download
GameFileName=gunz.exe this part is ok
Max=2 this part is ok
[FILES]
FileName1=system.mrs
FileVersion1=5 filename1 would only = to fileversion1both numbers must match
FileName2=update1.mrs
FileVersion2=4 same here replace the 3 I replaced with a 2 like the one above
