Instructions

step 1 - Extract all the files to your WWW or htdocs webserver Folder.
Step 2 - Go into register/inc/Config.php fill out your Information
step 3 - Go to server.php fill out your IP address
Step 4 - Go into AdminCP/config.php Fill out the info
Step 5 - Go into the folder called Templates Fill out each File with your information
Step 6 - Go into News/news.php This is where you enter your new News ,

 For New new's Do this 

Example : blah blah will be my new news Text 

I would put ths in news.php

blah blah blah
<?php include("breaker.php");?>

To change the Breaker Text From " ---------------- " to something Else Go into breaker.php and change it !

Congratz your DONE!
