I saw nobody had this released but i ripped indiagunz whit all links.etc so u can edit everything easier and at the map images u can change everyting u want Banners etc.

I use Adobe Dreamweaver (thanks to Joe9900 or w.e his name is)
Everything is in the freaking header.swf which my dreamweaver can't open.
use a swf decompiler to change it
