    [Release] Working Water coding

    ok here it is guys enjoy if you dont know how to use heres something to learn off of and use the search for more details ._.

    Code:
    textures/water/water
    {
       surfaceparm nonsolid
            surfaceparm additive
            qer_trans 0.8
       qer editorimage "textures/water/water.tga"
    }
    make sure you make the folder in textures called Water and make sure the texture is a .tga named water


    This will work with light map! ~.^

    yeah i know ._. i was looking for a working code forever and found out some ppl forgot the } at the end and some dont work at all ._. so yeah i hope this does help

    You can change the opacity level as you wish.

    The level it's at now is barely visible.

    And zero, you should know better than to leave a piece of code without the closing bracket. SHAME.

    ._. errm i had it in my sig when i made this post smart one >< And i is dont care >=0

    and this code works because the one in the tutorial coding is werid and isnt simple :D and the one on the forums here is missing the } at the end so it doesnt compile ._. if your having to much problems let me know ill explain it

    I haven't read through the thread in awhile but if I remember right they were expanding on the idea, adding splash sounds to the texture etc.

    Also this isn't the real "working water" you see in gunz that has the "physics". It's just a blueish solid transparent cube you can fall into.
