PS > Place Gunz Render
PS > Type tool > Skull Gunz (wich doesn't make this a release)
PS > Blending Option on Text Layer
PS > add Color + Glow
PS > Copy Layer style
PS > create new layer and draw a bar
PS > Paste Layer style.
