First, on weapon one, I do not understand in the slightest
why you curved the end. In my opinion it makes it look quite
tacky, but If you are trying to do what I think you are doing,
then you are just approaching it incorrectly.
(I am hoping you are working in blender so I dont write my whole
opinion in something you think is gibberish, but if so just say,
"Yah i work in C4d" or "Maya is my forte.")
Now with the handle, i assume you are working with a cylinder, or
at very best a subdivided/ cut cube. This is fine and all, but i,
in my experience, would say that becomes to round that way. Try to
take a cube, then extrude (Blender: E) it along each of the sides.
Then select both vertices and merge them together (Blender: W,
merge option).
This will allow you to god more of smoothed square feel, while keeping
it low polly, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED IF YOU CURVE THE HANDLE
AT ALL.
curve it with less of a bend and more of a shere turn.
Lastly i would like to state that you need to make sure that with any
scimitar, that the curved blade does not look like it hascorners. Even
if you can barely tell, just like on this model, it is verynoticable
ingame.
Tbh on the second one i really dont have much to say, except the blade
needs some work still. I dont know if its in your concept of the weapon
but most large sized swords more look like butcher knives the anything
else that i can find, so you might wanna find something like that to go
off of.
I do not like the sudden angle in the blade, nor how the point is not to
the complete read of the weapon, but that is just me.
Idk its late, so if someone corrects me, whatever, i got work in 5 hours
so ttyl.
