when i up this to my ftp its give me the download [weblauncher.exe]

It's the point same thing as ijji's haven't you seen it opens up this orange thing and says looking for gunz or something like that then it loads then launcher opens? excactly same thing.

I can make one for you that automatically opens the launcher without having you having to choose the launcher so then I can code it with the location of the gunz. but then if people installed it somewere else it wont work....
