If you run the 2008 client files, or even july 09 client files you can just use DXWind and have a fully windowed game. fully as in re-sizable, draggable, and having a proper windows bar ontop of it

Lol i only got this like 2 days ago from GZP, its cool and all but it kinda looks gay and it isnt really a windowed mode as you dont have the frame.
