I take no credit in the creation of the program, Just that I am sharing it with you.

WTV was developed by Tomas Blaho for simple DDS viewing, especially for those DDS files with an alpha channel.

It's a little tool I found, Comes in handy if you don't know if you have an Alpha Channel or not, You can find out if you do through this program, So far, I haven't found a full .dds viewer to actually view the clothing, Still working on that, Hope this helps some people!

Uhm yeah ...
Theres a DDS Thumbnail "addon" for Windows.
And by default Windows is capable of displaying tga thumbnails.
Its just a matter of editing some registry entries.
Imo XNView is better than your choice.
Because XNView supports almost any Image Type and has a lil Preview so you dont have to open the Image/Programm to view it.

.DDS Viewer shows the clothes. Blender can show the full clothing(set).
