Overall, it's okay. It should have been "GunZ The Duel" instead of "The Duel GunZ".
yeah, but i think'd that it look'd nice when longer text was up and GunZ in down O_O
That's true, but it changes the title of the game and in this case, it sounds a bit weird. Try a lighter background if you make a wallpaper next time. The renders on it would look sharper.

its good that you used the spot lights then add a upper shadow to it on the background, the light are pretty well done, but overall i dont like it strangly enough, though its good...
