The reason this got buried in the first place is because it didn't do anything. I think his key initialization was wrong, and it never got past the login screen. Good for those who want a simple networking example for C++ though, maybe. But most of this is copypaste from Veldi from what I can tell.
And windows.h is just a standard header file for Windows SDK. You have to install the Windows SDK, then just add "#include <windows.h>".
