Prophexy Problem, Please Help Fellow T4cers

Hi, Im running server version 1.25, heres how i have my pro.ini setup
[T4C]
#Ip du serveur T4C, Ex: 127.0.0.1, 0.0.0.0, 192.168.0.1
Host=127.0.0.1
#Port d

Ok so im trying to run pp.cmd so i can patch server.exe port beacuse it keeps running on the same port that prophexy does. But when i run it i get this: c:\programfiles\t4c server\ 1>>err.txt

Thats all that comes up in the cmd line, not sure what else to do im lost:(

Already been all through the forums, see the problem is i cant run pp.cmd in order to patch the runserver.exe so theres no way i can change the default port its running on, anyone know what may be wrong with my pp.cmd.I know i just need to change the port server is running on but i cant get the damn pp.cmd to run comes up with the following: c:\program files\t4c server\prophexy 1>>err.txt. And heres the error log.
