Hello guys ,
For changes the rates on your server . you will have to open every logic.cfg under your 5 game server folder and adjust the rates here :
EXP_RATE 5.0
NSE_RATE 1.0
ITEMDROP_RATE 1.0
GENCAPABILITY_RATE 5.0
You can also changes some others setings like the succes rates on blackmisth or the Gambler rates .
