    Hi,

    Yesterday one of the moderators from the Ran online team (Mincom) decided to reply in a thread and included a picture of me. The staff member stated he was watching everyone and collecting information including myself. The staff member used a public picture of me from the ragezone party meetups i attend and yes I am smoking a cannabis joint in the picture. What struck me as odd was the fact the location he used was in the sudo address I used from down the road so basically what they doing is intentionally putting out fake dmca notices on videos just for you to reply with contact information to be used against you.

    Having already sussed that out I decided to investigate further. Having checked my server logs i cross referenced the offending members account and browser identity with all other users until I found a perfect match, a match that was based on thread views , downloads and more. What I found was two account here on RaGEZONE. Account 1 is here and account 2 is here.

    I then deciced to check up on the identities further and found one important bit of information, a fake facebook profile used by the company (specifically Sungchul Hwang / schwang@mincoms.com) this account also has friends with Ran servers and other material therefore all content there is being used against you possibly. The offending facebook profile is here.

    Here is all the information i gathered for you to check on your websites/forums;

    These guys started to vex me greatly. Private servers are inevitable and noone can send dmca notice as long as you include that your server emulator is coded and built for educational purposes and you are not gaining any single $ from it and that administrators cannot be held by any actions of users. threaten me too please I am so afraid that my pictures will be all over web... Like it is not ,at this very moment. By the way I wish I could attend to those parties,heck the party seems cool

    i guess the notice is fake
    but
    the reason why it become legal and host make the necessariy actions
    its because of the confirmation
    from the notice
    its clearly stated there, the person to call upon confirmation
    contact numbers, emails etc etc

    when the host reciv the email,
    they will call the author
    once author confirmed, then they can say its legit.

    the letter becomes legit
    when the author tell the host (our dds provider)
    it real

    thats just my point of view.

    meaning any people can do it
    and send to individual host

    By moderators i mean members... one of the members. Also , search the mincoms email in facebook and the other and they link to the same profile. Take ontop the same ip and location and browser and account history = meaning it's the same person. (For further clarification).

    actually he is, put Alliswhite@naver.com into facebook, it goes to the same staff email. Also, some idiot sent a fake notice using those online anonymous mailers... people tend to forget about mail headers.

    There are 10000s of hosts and even more places to run a server.
    All they will do is delay most people for a few days and we will be all right back out it. If they dont like it they know the answer dont they. Stop being greedy fucking money pinching cunts that only care how much they can charge you.
