illegal if you use copyrighted files for commercial

think this for example. u code a file for free it took 2 month to finish the project sacrifice time/efforts/friend/gigs/girlfriend night out just to finish.....after then put it on public for free "it mean u did not accept bucks for your hardwork, then someone leech the files and sell it to others "how do you react when you discover this scenario??"
what will be your next move..? mincom do the same if you answer this question

scammer? just because you patented one game and you publish it legally it means you guys dont scam your gamers? can you at least give me your sentiment about that part? what about those high amount money to get good items? isnt that the same as what we do here? We are a private server, modified options being distributed on premium gamers at one time power, you official server, you just give away items one by one option by option to get more money you are just the same as what we are doing, in our case you just publish the game legally and we are not but the way we get money on gamers are the same... dont talk like you are the only smart guys here, since your source leaked means you guys are not that good and people on this forum are better than you guys
