[Help] How to make an auto-updater ?

I was wondering if any one knows how to make a Update Patch for ppl to download and it installs the files u need to play, Is there a website that you can download a pacther and just edit it. Thanks

I found the Inc Update, do i relly need the autoupdater+....or can i just use Inc Update

you can choose, you only need one, both of these updaters are good, but, there are no cracks, or I havn't found, so you'll have to buy a license

I just downloaded INC Update, looks kinda confusing, lol....do u know of a guide that can help me add my files to it, and where to install the files...Thanks

Does Inc Updater have to be the full version before you can make it work, I did every thing right, and i get an error, i have the trial, What cant you do with Trial...Thanks

Dude, just use/buy a copy of AutoUpdate+. It's definately a great program for auto-updates, so just use it and get it over and done with. And if you got any probs with using it, just ask around here. :bye2:

delphi, if you know how to work with socket , you can write small autopdater at some hour :)

Yes, it's not too hard to do it in Delphi or C++, but the problem I found is that it's much harder to make it robust and flexible. That's why I made the recommendation above, as I found that it makes life a hellovalot easier to buy such an app rather than to put together a hack that will only cause you trouble.
