why is my double window?

thx...BTW,anyone have the itemname-e.dat , weapongrp.dat , armorgrp.dat file from the system folder client side? I need unedited one....
I install the golder armour thingy....
but the thing dont work and made me cant open my exe and I forgot to backup those file...
If you have, thanks in advance I need it fast...
