[help]Raidboss Minions

I have almost newest server from svn ..
the raidboss minions respawns when they die ... not when the raidboss is down after 24 hours ... anyone have a solution?

Here :

RaidMpRegenMultiplier = 100
RaidDefenceMultiplier = 300

# Minions respawn timer 300000 = 5 mins
RaidMinionRespawnTime = 300000 (edit that)
