[HELP] Skill Animation

Hi, i currently run a l2j private server.. *duh*
i want to get rid of the animation for certian buffs.. like clan hall buffs.. dances and songs and a few other buffs for my instance buffer.. i am hoping it will take our last bit of lag away :) any answers would be awesome. ty ^^
