[Help] Hero Character

I got the hero pack running and it works fine.
in the startgameserver window i allways get the message:
WARNING User allready exist in OID map! User Atze is a character clone.
And my character get removed from my login window in l2.
but still exist in database/characters.
can some1 help me?
i use navicat

reinstall DB in navicat or tables accaounts and characters

thx but i found the real reason. in my navicat the level in the character table must be between 1-78. 78+=misctace=deleted
