Go over the help guide and install again, you got something broken However second screenshot is easy it cannot make it's cache files. Make sure theirs write access where l2j is ^^

you must resetup your server becouse either the setting to connect to the database are wrong or not all of the tables are in the database

there is a directory called cache in ya server directory delete the files in there
