Searching for days... You could enter l2encdec in google and you would find all necessary info and lot more... Anyway you should first patch your whole system with l2encdec's patcher.exe or download already patched system folder. Then you could edit anything you want.

Here's your "guide" that you're looking for.
Changing Server Names in Client 101
I'm going to assume that you have a patched system folder for editing your files, if not, then you either need to download it (you can find it here: http://forum.ragezone.com/l2j-releas...ml#post1574193 courtesy of hero1711) or patch it yourself using l2encdec.
Once you have the patched system folder, use a program called L2FileEdit (available here, here, here, or here).
Start by opening L2 FileEdit, and then go ahead and move to 'Open and decrypt' (image). When the dialog box comes up, choose servername-e.dat (image) and click open. After the file is open, you'll want to edit the first line in (assuming that your server id is 0) the list, currently known as Bartz (image). After you edit in the appropriate name for your server, click 'Save and encrypt' (image). Go ahead and save it as servername-e.dat again, and overwrite the previous file (image). Make sure the encryption type is 413, and click 'OK' (image).
If you had done everything correctly, your game should now load, without any problems, and will display your servername where 'Bartz' used to hold it's place.
