    What do you mean you need the source code? Just download the files and follow the readme instructions.

    hmm...for some reason i was able to decode/encode files in the past, like weapongrp.dat..... now i cant cus the program is mesed up and i cant find it anywhere, non of the ones on this forum work and i have tried googelen it found a few but all outdated... could u pls post a file share with the exact file u use to decode/encode, i know how to do it ex... for weapongrp.dat, u first use l2encdec to make a decrypted dat file, then u use that dec dat file and decrypt it to a txt file, edit it, then do the process backwards startin with turnin txt to dec txt, then into a enc dat.... i really wanna start makin some new weapons, armors, etc so can u pls hook me up :) that would be great :)
