nice only issue i had was having to install it on a main machine as my server pc doesn't have a d drive and i was to lazy to re edit stuff lol but +rep for the working reg page

So I tried this tutorial, and unfortunately the launcher always pops up an error in Chinese...
Also, the website is on 127.0.0.1:2 for some reason, but the servers and everything are up and working just as they should do. (not even 1 error message). I tried using even a similar tutorial in vietnamese with files that seemed to be different but the same problem happens again.
I'm able to create the server, but how do you create a GM account?
actually i have problem with this.. when i open the phpnow and open Init - 副本, there is something wrong.. i cant do anything.. it stoped.. and the Apache cant install

You cant change the IP on the launcher the original coders who cracked this client won't release it to the public. You would have to buy a monthly payment. So please stop begging its not going to get you anywhere.

You can't make it English unless you get the 4th generation ACV unpacker/packer which is a private tool therefore you can't edit anything graphical.
