Please check if all the IP's in game server are set to local and also check your info.ini's in DBAgent. For more information do have a look at the guide 1.6 I posted. The IP settings are the same.

And also verify that you gave in the correct SQL password in the info.ini's.

you can fix ip in server to ip of loopack
