error with unpack tool

why i unpack any file .acv expect 009.acv it can't unpack. it have an error needs to close. and it ask me to SEND ERROR REPORT or DON'T SEND then it close. I don't have tool to snapshot my monitor so I only can speak and don't have picture. sorry very much

Whenever i get that error it's because the unpacker can't create a folder (For some unknown reason). Check the last file it tried to extract and create the folder(s) manually. If you can't because the folder name is korean, then try unpacking the other ACVs and see if the unpacker can create the folder then.
