Fix english langauge (script\chinese.loc). Work ~ in 3.25client.

Fix One-two Party sound say english langauge and other sound.

Fix name avartar in game fashionmall english langauge. Work in 3.1client test 3.25client.

Fix all song name in english langauge. Work in 3.1client test 3.25client.

Fix English NPC name all mode. Work in 3.1client test 3.25client.

Add song [all client have file k1000.tbm is song "Audition-Give it up" but not add] manual add. test 3.25client.

Add Ballroomdance in list song, manual add. test 3.25client.

u can rename the file call " BattleInfo.ini" to " BeatupBattleInfo.ini" :D fake file ;)
