you're using the wrong ip.
this is your WAN/LAN ip:
WhatIsMyIP.com - 208.116.34.18

With 192.168.1.2 one assumes that this formed for LAN but does not
enter now from another maquina of my private network when change the
192.168.1.2 by the IP of interbet example 200.121.227.130 in game
server does not raise.
