uhm it seems the one that created this is kinda a beginner at php.

find the line

Code:

		SIGN-UP SUCCESS!!! LET'S DANCE NOW<BR>

change it to

Code:

		SIGN-UP SUCCESS!!! LET\'S DANCE NOW<BR>

this is the easyest way to fix it :).

Edit=1
the best way to fix problems like this is to not use html inside php :p.
and by doing it the way it is now you just give php more to parse :/.
etc etc..
