unable to connect sever TP hochiminh of VN Audition From USA

hey guys... i have really big problems... does anyone know to fix or been through the situation that.. you are unable to connect to TP Ho Chi Minh [COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif][COLOR=orange! important][FONT=verdana, geneva, lucida, 'lucida grande', arial, helvetica, sans-serif]server[/FONT][/FONT][/COLOR][/COLOR]... ? i'm having a really hard time with it right now... i trying to figure out.. what is wrong... cause i could connect t o server HaNoi and VIp.. but accept. Tp Hochi minh... this is piss me off.. i have spented like freaking 4 hours.. doing research and asking people how to fix this problem... plz guys.. help me out.... get give any clues or idea to fix this problem..... plzz..

Maybe its an ip block O_o;; Does vAU block ips from anywhere other than vietnam?
