i decided to freeze the Scheme buffer project, because I want to perfect this buffer as much as possible.
Don't be harsh on me, but everyone who is holding a good server needs good addons.

Next version will be shared around the weekend.

enter as the administrator, find button Manage Configuration and find button called Minimum level
set the value there and hit 'Update' that's it..

Looks like a great buffer but do you have a version for L2J? I tried l2free and l2emu but i get errors when i try to get buffs.

you can't enter game, click on the buffer, find a Change Configuration button, select a button with Minimum level text on it and enter the needed value!
It can't get simpler...
and btw: "i'm a noob" doesn't make you an exception... you are not special, but you are less experienced, but you shouldn't start asking dumb questions...

well to do that you have to modify the skill xml files...
there is no faster way to do this, so you will have to do it by hand...
