[Share]Skill Pack For Buff Duration

Well since no one decided what i could see to share a buff skill pack with the the right buffs (bd,sws,pp,se,ee,ol,wc) only i will share the pack from my server.

The buffs are set to 2h.
There are some skill fix to not many since we are working on them to balance every class.
Atm daggers and some tanks is fixed.

Works On: C5 Server.
