[QUESTION]How to put magic on staff?

ya mybe my question was a useless. But what i want to try is, When we buy staff at NPC there got magic power. Normal there are only have Max Damage and Low Damage right? But i want Magic power right there.. how ? already put magic power in itemscript for the staff, but in NPC dont have the Magic Power.
