WAN IP would be the main preference to use here. Check router ports, firewall, and Windows Security.

Sheesh, people now and days just want the easy answer... sometimes you have to work and research to get the shit done. I live by one rule before I ask for help and it is never ask for help til you have done all the research and everything you could do, and your left puzzeled. The best thing you can do is try to figure it out yourself!

I dont understand why I get errors and even less how to do "research" on how to fix them. I tried everything I saw on this forum and I still get error 11. Well I guess I will have to forget the idea of having a clan system in my server till someone makes a working tutorial.
