To me it sounds like you are in debug mode.

There is a Server hotuk command to disallow user connect unless they are admin, so admins and debug users can check a bug without the players getting in the way or taking advantage of the situation.

I can't remember the setting, search the server hotuk guides here. ;)

be sure you dont have a gm hotuk (client side) cuz with that hotuk ppl will log as gm and the server will kick them cuz their id arent in the server hotuk.

When you have been black user. You will don't connected to server. Problem of you is when use normal mode is DC. Please check file hotuk in Client. And rename it.

GMs shouldn't get banned for logging as GMs, but non-GMs (users who are not listed as Admin users in the Server Hotuk.ini) who log in with a client that has a GM client Hotuk.ini will be banned, because they are trying to log on as GM when they have no right to do so.
