Half true, the reason why you can't sand them by item distributor is because you don't have them in 'item table' you have normal weapon in table lets say WP109 and quest weapon QWP109 (name of quest weapon in GameServer\OpenItem might be different because I am doing some fixes to server, but they still are not in item table) is not in table, if you add it you will be able to send it by item distributor, like "Stun Seal"... :)

B4 any questions will show up, no you can't use SoD items from inventory :) There is a fix for it but some steps need to be taken ;)

You can drop them and than use them (in SoD ofc lol) :)

Yes,itens of quest lvl 100 use the same codes of existing itens,for that,can´t be distribute via distributor,sod itens aren´t quest itens...But anyway,if u add one quest item without use the same code for other item,can be done,just need to make some right things...

Yes... but if an item which has the Unique flag set is in the clients item list with a unique item code, it seems the Post Master can distribute it. He just gives the client the WA101 style code, so provided the client knows that code, it can receive the item, and if the server has the unique flag on that item, then it will not be possible to age it.

So it's a faff, but you could do it. If you are still developing a server for release (not trying to add something to one that's already running and has players) it's not too great a burden, I think.

f.e. you can script the item distributor to automatically hand out items when a player reaches certain levels. So you could give a basic 7x, 8x, 9x, 10x, 11x, 12x item, which will help players get into those new roles, but not be fit for them to keep ageing up, or just a "gift set" of items for newbies which would take them from level 0 to level 40 easily, but not be upgradable.

If you are looking to make "Premium" or "Donation" gift items, then you would have to think very carefully about what items you would offer before adding them to the client item list.

So it all depends on what you are trying to achieve as to whether this is practical for you or not.

I like the Wing distribution method idea... quest rewards are a nice way to encourage players to "Role Play" quests rather than just grinding. If the item is good enough that it doesn't need to be aged.
