Anti-Hack System

It will work with any server that has logs enabled. Can't think of a reason anyone would wanna try to disable them though :) And I'm attempting to get rid of the bugs before release via having beta testers so all should run smoothly. I'm moving at somewhat of a "snail's pace" at the moment though since I have some projects due soon, as well as exams -- and, ontop of this all, my gf and little girl were sick. Busy, busy, busy >_<

Alrighty guys. It's virtually 100% done and ready for beta testing. Everything is programmed, there were even more features added, as well as slight interface touchups. The only thing left to do is a touchup on the Auto-Banning system so the main release is very close.
